 An international conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the statesman, late president Haydar Aliyev was organized at Azerbaijan Medical University.  Representatives, scientists and experts from many Turkic countries took part in the conference.  Zubayda Bakhranova, the first vice-rector of BuxDTI for work with youth and spiritual affairs, participated in this international conference.

In Azerbaijan, this year has been announced as the “Year of Haydar Aliyev”.  Within the framework of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the national leader of the Ozar people, it is planned to conduct activities to study and promote the legacy of the famous statesman. 

These issues were discussed at the conference.  The participants of the event got acquainted with the exhibition of photographs and publications of Heydar Aliyev organized by the Azerbaijan Medical University at the university. 

The greatness of Heydar Aliyev’s personality was discussed at the conference, and it was emphasized that he is a great and valuable person.

 At the end of the conference, cultural and educational events and a concert program were organized.
