It has been a tradition for the past two or three years to organize a cycling marathon on Friday morning by the management and professors of higher education institutions in Bukhara region. In the cold of winter, in the pleasant air of spring, in the cool of summer mornings, and in the refreshing days of golden autumn, this tradition continues.

The team, which started from Bukhara State University, traveled 10 kilometers and visited the Chorbakr memorial complex.

From early in the morning, they opened their hands to pray and expressed beautiful wishes.

It should be noted that scientists from Bukhara are setting a practical example in promoting a healthy lifestyle and regular sports throughout our country.

On February 22 of this year, the regional stage of the “Student League” sports competition was organized among students of higher education institutions in the sports hall of the Bukhara regional health department. In this competition, the team of students of Bukhara State Medical Institute took the proud 3rd place.

The winning students were awarded diplomas and commemorative gifts by the regional administration.

A selection of video clips on the topic “One day of a student” was announced in order to highlight the students’ life, study process, participation in scientific, spiritual-educational, sports and other activities among the students of the Abu Ali Ibn Sina Bukhara State Medical Institute.

Presentations of original video materials of the contestants were held and evaluated by judges. The results of the competition were announced at the Scientific Council of the Institute, and the winners and prize-winners were awarded diplomas, certificates, “Recommendation letters” and cash prizes.

Students of the Bukhara State Medical Institute participating in this competition are taking part in a staged performance based on the famous writer Kochkor Norqabil’s work “You Wake the Sun”.

Today, an international scientific and practical conference was held at the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina in cooperation with the University of Health Sciences of Turkey on the topic “Actual problems of therapy and towards a healthy life”.

This scientific conference was attended by therapists of medical institutions operating in the Bukhara region, prominent scientists from our country and the Republic of Turkey, students and masters of the Bukhara State Medical Institute.

“Currently, effective use of modern medical technologies, scientific achievements, implementation of best practices in the field of therapy, study of foreign experiences in this regard are important and urgent issues,” said Shuhrat Teshayev, rector of BuxDTI, who opened the event.

At the meeting, issues of raising the work in this direction to a higher level, implementation of best practices, prospects of international cooperation were discussed in detail.

At the conference, experts gave lectures on “PE diagnosis, risk assessment and guideline-based medical treatment”, Hypertension disease: yesterday and today, Current trends in obesity treatment and a number of topics related to the field.

Also, master classes for students and masters of Bukhodo State Medical Institute were conducted by foreign specialists.

On February 16 of this year, the opening ceremony of the IT-Park institute center was held at the Bukhara State Medical Institute. Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs G.J. Safarov, Ministry of Higher Education Science and Innovations Head of Bukhara Region Department A.H. Naimov, Head of Department of Educational Quality Control of BDTI S.S. Davlatov, Director of Center for Digital Education Technologies M.I. Zairov Head of Department of Commercialization of Scientific and Innovative Developments Sh.A. Sherov Medicow center director S.Sh.Farmonov took part.

After the opening ceremony, “Top 10 innovator” and “Ideathon Uzbekistan 2030” contests were held, in which students of the institute participated with their projects. Our students Sh.Zayniyev, Z.Mutallimova, G.Urinova, Sh.Obloberdiyeva took part in the “Top 10 Innovators” contest with their innovative projects.

A presentation of scientific ideas aimed at solving problems for medicine was held at the “Ideathon Uzbekistan 2030” competition. During the presentation, scientific ideas of students such as M.Nurmurotov, Sh.Zayniyev, G.Urinova, and Z.Rahimov were considered.

According to the suggestion of the jury, it was suggested that these projects be expanded and formed and held every month. It was mentioned that seminars will be organized so that the projects will be in perfect condition to be handed over to the Intellectual Property Agency, and then the projects will be rated and awarded.
