🏛 Bukhara State Medical Institute (BSMI) has expanded its international cooperation by holding an online meeting with Daejeon University in South Korea. This initiative aims to create new opportunities in the field of international education and scientific research.

⛈ During the discussions, representatives of both institutions introduced their universities and shared experiences. Daejeon University, founded in 1979, has trained over 80,000 medical professionals and is one of the leading medical institutions in South Korea.

📌 As a result of the negotiations, a memorandum of cooperation was signed. Under this agreement, several promising projects will be implemented, including joint educational programs, scientific research, student exchanges, and professional development courses.

International Day of Women and Girls in Science: Forum at Bukhara State University 🏛 As is known, on December 22, 2015, the United Nations General Assembly declared February 11 as the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.

In connection with this, on February 11 of this year, a forum titled “Women and Society: Problems and Solutions” was held at Bukhara State University. The event was attended by Tanzila Narbayeva, Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
