⚡️🏛 The Rector of Abu Ali ibn Sina Bukhara State Medical Institute, Sh. Teshayev, visited the student dormitory to assess the living conditions of the residents.

During the visit, it was emphasized that students residing in the dormitory must strictly adhere to the internal rules established by the institute and the dormitory, maintain cleanliness in their rooms, use kitchen and electrical appliances properly, take care of the property, follow safety regulations, and attend classes on time without delays.

➡️ Today marks the 584th anniversary of the birth of the Sultan of the Ghazal Realm, the great poet and thinker, Mir Alisher Navoi.

🔸 In honor of Alisher Navoi’s 584th birthday, Bukhara State Medical Institute, named after Abu Ali ibn Sina, organized a poetry and music evening under the slogan “The King of Poets and the Poet of Kings” with the title “Tribute to Navoi’s Genius.” The event was opened by the rector of the institute, Sh. Teshayev, who congratulated the attendees on the occasion. In his speech, he emphasized that every work of the great ancestor remains a rare literary masterpiece admired worldwide for centuries.

The event was also attended by the Deputy Head of the National Guard Department of Bukhara Region.

During the evening, creative students recited ghazals, rubaiyat, and other works dedicated to the life and legacy of the great poet.

🏛 A meeting on combating drug addiction was held at the dormitory building of Abu Ali Ibn Sina Bukhara State Medical Institute. The event was attended by a representative of the National Center for Drug Control under the Presidential Administration, the rector of Bukhara State Medical Institute, Sh. Teshayev, institute prevention inspectors, tutors, and students.

♾➡️ During the meeting, students were informed about the negative effects of drug addiction, its harmful impact on the human body, and the consequences it brings to society.

🇺🇿 The Youth Union of Uzbekistan has launched an initiative in the Bukhara region to provide financial assistance to students who have completed mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and have been admitted to higher education institutions on a contract basis.

📣 A training seminar was organized in the region’s universities to discuss changes regarding the 35% financial support provided by the Youth Union of Uzbekistan. This support is available to students who have completed military service and enrolled in universities in the Bukhara region based on a recommendation from the command, as well as to members of the public group “Qalqon” (Shield).

🔹 The seminar was attended by the youth leader of Bukhara State Medical Institute, M. Nurmurotov, the coordinator of military-patriotic projects, S. Amonov, and students who have returned from military service.

⚙️ The chairman of the institute’s council, Rector Shuhrat Teshayev, spoke at the meeting and introduced the agenda.

First, diplomas were ceremoniously awarded to professors and teachers who had been honored with diplomas by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

With the aim of preserving Uzbekistan’s cultural heritage and strengthening national traditions, the teachers and staff of Bukhara State Medical Institute wear national clothing during their work on Fridays.
