🏛➡️ Within the framework of implementing the Order No. 750 of the Minister of Internal Affairs, a working group led by the head of the IIV JXD HPX division, Lieutenant Colonel Fayzullayev Zoxid Uralovich, conducted an inspection at the Abu Ali ibn Sina Bukhara State Medical Institute.

✔️ During the visit, compliance with the order’s requirements, the state of security measures, and work carried out in relevant areas were reviewed. Based on the results of the inspection, recommendations and suggestions were provided, along with instructions to address existing shortcomings. This event served as an important step in ensuring the implementation of the order.

On January 25 of this year, at the “Student Dormitory” of the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina, a psychological training session on the topic “The Role of Girls in the Family” was conducted by women’s psychologist D.M. Qakhkhorova.

✅ During the training, the girls were given insights about the sanctity of the family, the importance of preserving it, as well as the role and responsibilities of girls within the family. Using art therapy methods, their aspirations for life were further developed.

The female students expressed their sincere thoughts, noting that they are pleased with the conditions and limitless opportunities currently being provided for women.

🏛✔️Azizbek Hamidov and Nargiza Sobirova, 3rd-year students of the Faculty of Medicine at the Abu Ali ibn Sino Bukhara State Medical Institute, participated in an international competition organized by the “Scientific Academy” among CIS countries. They were awarded the “Medal of Merit” for their dedicated services.

🏛 As part of the “Sharing Enlightenment” project and the “I Will Gift a Book to My School” initiative, along with the declaration of 2025 as the Year of Environmental Protection and Green Economy by our President, book collections are being donated to assigned schools by departments, and tree saplings are being planted.

Today, such noble deeds were carried out by the Infectious Diseases Department of the institute.

Recently, by the decision of the President, the Bukhara State Medical Institute, which is expected to receive university status in the future and be named after Abu Ali ibn Sina, has been continuously expanding its international cooperation.
The institute is increasingly involved in joint educational programs with nearly 10 countries, organizes qualification enhancement and internships with advanced medical and educational institutions, and hosts foreign trips, all of which are demonstrating high effectiveness.

Recently, a delegation led by Professor Ivan Mikhailovich Petrov, the Rector of Tyumen State Medical University, visited the institute.
The prestigious guests were welcomed by the rector of the institute, Professor Shukhrat Teshayev, and the vice rectors, who introduced them to the institute’s modern campus, information resource center, department of traditional medicine, simulation center, and clinical building.
The Russian guests highly appreciated the opportunities for developing medical education at the institute.

During the meeting, the parties held negotiations on implementing several agreements aimed at further developing higher medical education. The discussion focused on organizing joint educational programs, internships, the development of traditional medicine, and the implementation of joint scientific projects.
It was announced that starting from the 2024-2025 academic year, a joint educational program in Dentistry and General Medicine will be established at Bukhara State Medical Institute in collaboration with Tyumen State Medical University, and student admissions will begin.
