A graduation ceremony took place at the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina. The event began with a congratulatory word from the rector of the institute, Sh.J. Teshaev, addressed to the masters. The students, sitting in a circle, expressed their trust to the masters and the sincere wishes of the rector of the institute and were greeted by their parents with a standing ovation.

The event also featured musical programs to share the joy of the festival. It is worth noting that 72 graduate students in 18 specialties completed their studies.

The Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sino is conducting cooperation with a number of South Korean universities and prestigious medical institutions.

In particular, the institute had signed a memorandum of bilateral cooperation with Daegu hanny University of South Korea. Prestigious guests from this state visited Bukhara State Medical Institute. Guests accompanied by the rector of Daegu hanny University Byun Chang Hoon gave a high assessment of the activities of the Institute clinic, training base and Information Resource Center. In order to strengthen the projects for the development of folk medicine, a bilateral cooperation agreement was signed.

Also, the solemn opening ceremony of the Korean language center named after King Sejong was held at the Bukhara State Medical Institute. Now students and professors of the Institute have the opportunity to learn Korean at this center.

Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina maintains ongoing cooperative relationships with a number of universities and prestigious medical institutions in South Korea. At the moment, the institute, which occupies a leading position among universities in our country in cooperation with international higher education institutions, continues to work under signed memorandums and agreements with international organizations.

On May 6, 2022, a memorandum of bilateral cooperation was signed between Daegu Haani University of this country.

Today, high-ranking officials from this country visited the institute. In particular, the rector of Daegu Haani University BYUN Chang Hong, cooperation officer Hwang Sezin, project director of BDTI and Korea University Hyun Woo and others highly appreciated the activities of the clinic, educational base and information and resource center of the institute. A bilateral cooperation agreement was also signed to strengthen projects for the development of traditional medicine. In the afternoon, the opening of the K-Medi Silk Road Center and the King Sejong Korean Language Center took place at the Bukhara State Medical Institute.

Now students and teachers of the institute, as well as members of the general public, will have the opportunity to master the Korean language perfectly in this center.

Today, starting from July 1, the promo month “Promotion of Cyberculture” was held in the Bukhara region for a month.

A press conference was held to inform the general public about the events of this month.
