Rector of the Bukhara State Medical Institute Shukhrat Teshaev visited the 20th secondary school of the Bukhara region. It is worth noting that the rector himself studied at this school. Joraeva Sidika Bakhtiorovna, a student of the Bukhara State Medical Institute, won the competition with the project “Anukler”! Sidika Joraeva was awarded by the minister with a check for 6 million 800 thousand soums and valuable gifts.

In order to begin admitting students from foreign countries to the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sino, the head of the Institute of Medical Sciences Salim Davlatov, the dean of the Faculty of International Medicine, the chief specialist of the Institute of International Medicine Dilnoza Hasanova spoke. Medical Sciences Rustam Navrozov Rashidovich and Academician of the Institute Azamat Khodzhiev, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the Lyceum, are on a business trip to Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan.During the trip, members of the delegation met with the First Deputy Minister of Public Education of the Republic of Tajikistan, Jorazoda Jamshed Khabibullo, and the Deputy Minister of International Relations of the Ministry of Public Education, Khudoyzadeh Farrukh Begijon.

During the meeting, information was provided about the academic secondary school BDTI, negotiations were held on the continuation of the last two academic years of graduates of the 9th grade of the public education system of the Republic of Tajikistan in Bukhara, as well as on the continuation of education at this secondary school after graduation.

These days, more precisely, on May 24-25, a scientific and practical conference “Uzbekistan – Russia: cooperation in the name of healthcare” is being held in Tashkent.

It is expected that the conference will become a unique platform for exchanging experiences, jointly searching for solutions to current problems in the field of medicine and promoting new ideas.

It should be noted that Laziz Niyazov, Vice-Rector for International Relations of the Bukhara State Medical Institute, took part in this prestigious conference and signed important agreements with partner universities.

In particular, a cooperation agreement was signed with the Medical Institute of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) on the opening of a joint undergraduate educational program in the specialty “Medicine and Dentistry” and establishing cooperation with the Volga Medical University.

Diplomas were awarded to the first graduates of the joint educational program in pharmacy, organized jointly with the Indian University named after G.D. Goenka.

6 students from Uzbekistan, accepted for the first time in this area in the 2019-2020 academic year, spent the first three years of study at the Bukhara State Medical Institute, and the remaining 2 years in India.

Yesterday the leadership of the University named after G.D. Goenka presented diplomas to the graduates and wished them good luck.

As previously reported, at a presidential video conference dedicated to the study of youth issues, leaders at all levels were given a number of tasks to work with youth.  

All local leaders are working to achieve this goal. That is, the problems of troubled youth assigned to them are studied and specific solutions are found for them.
