Requirements:

• academic title of Associate Professor;
• academic degree of Senior Researcher or Doctor (Candidate of Sciences);
• or a foreign PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) or other equivalent academic degree in the relevant specialty;
• at least 4 years of academic and teaching experience.
