Most of those who came to the on-site medical reception in Bukhara were in trouble. Almost all of them needed support, so that he or her relatives could recover faster from a serious illness.

A large part of the appeals was resolved on the spot. The rest were taken under the supervision of officials of the ministry and medical institutions.
