Abstract
Nosocomial infections (hospital, nosocomial) are an urgent medical problem that is important for workers at any level of health care. This paper highlights current information on nosocomial infection as a natural consequence of a constant large array of sources of infectious agents in people admitted to a hospital with unrecognized infectious diseases, close contact of patients, patients and medical personnel.
