Hozirda dunyoda aholining ekologik salomatligini muhofaza qilishning eng dolzarb masalalaridan biri hisoblanadi. Pestitsidlar atrof-muhitni zaharlaydigan moddalarning asosiy qismini tashkil qiladi, ularsiz qishloq xo'jaligining uzoq muddatli rivojlanishini tasavvur qilib bo'lmaydi.
