Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of a new clinical typology of remissions for the prognosis of recurrent schizophrenia. A clinical-epidemiological and clinical-psychopathological examination of 188 patients with recurrent schizophrenia (RSch) with a disease duration of more than 15 years who were treated in the Andijan Regional Neuropsychiatric Dispensary was conducted. As a result of the studies, it was found that most often intermissions and remissions with mild personality changes of the correlated with I (favorable) social - labor adaptation (SLA) level. At the same time, the psychopathic, thymopathic types of remissions and remissions with residual symptoms, on the contrary, was more often observed in patients with II (relatively unfavorable) SLA levels.
