Annotatsiya

Тухумдон ўсмалари аёллар орасида энг кўп учрайдиган гинекологик касалликлардан бири бўлиб, уларнинг патоморфологик ва морфометрик хусусиятлари диагностика ва даволашда муҳим аҳамиятга эга. Жаҳон соғлиқни сақлаш ташкилотининг (ЖСТТ) 2020 йилги таснифига кўра, тухумдон ўсмалари асосан сирт эпителий, жинсий ҳужайра, жинсий шнур-строма ва метастатик турларга бўлинади. Ушбу мақолада ўсмаларнинг гистологик турлари, морфометрик ўлчовлари, миқдорий таҳлили, молекуляр маркерлар, риск факторлари, клиник кўринишлари, диагностика, даволаш ва прогноз таҳлил қилинган. Долзарблиги шундаки, тухумдон саратони аёллар ўлимининг етакчи сабабларидан бири бўлиб, эрта диагностика ва морфологик таҳлил орқали ҳаётни сақлаб қолиш мумкин. Мақола реал юқори импактли базаларда индексланган манбалардан фойдаланиб, шарҳ шаклида таҳрирланган.
