This article examines ways to improve and optimize the professional activities of school nurses. The study is based on a questionnaire survey conducted among school nurses working in general secondary schools. The findings indicate that continuous professional development positively affects work quality and job satisfaction, while excessive workload negatively influences efficiency and performance
