Мақола руҳий саломатлик ва сурункали касалликларда рақамли терапевтик воситалар (DTx) нинг ролини кўриб чиқади, клиник фармакологияга интеграция қилиш ва фармакодинамик хусусиятларига еътибор қаратади. У асосий жиҳатларни, жумладан, машина ўрганиш орқали симптомларни башорат қилиш, DTx комбинацияларини топиш ва клиник амалиётга интеграция қилишни ўрганади. PubMed, Nature ва ScienceDirect дан сўнгги тадқиқотлар (2020–2025) асосида, депрессия, хавотир, диабет ва гипертония каби касалликларда DTx моделларининг натижалари тақдим этилади. Моделлар интерпретацияси ва ахлоқий масалалар каби қийинчиликлар, шунингдек, янги DTx ни кашф этишда истиқболлар муҳокама қилинади.
