Abstract
the effect of chronic toxic hepatitis of a female rat on the growth and development of the thymus of offspring during early postnatal ontogenesis has been studied.It was found that chronic hepatitis of the mother leads to a lag in the growth and development of baby rats on 1-3 days after birth, expressed in a decrease in body weight, a lag in growth and a decrease in the mass of the thymus, liver and spleen, also in the dynamics of early postnatal ontogenesis contributes to the morphological manifestation of a lag in the development of structural and functional zones of the thymus, in the organ there are phenomena hypoplasia.
