Abstract

As a result of the analysis of the quantitative characteristics of sympathetic-adrenal system activity using statistical and integral indicators of heart rate variability (HRV), we identified parameters for assessing and predicting the effectiveness of preventive measures aimed at improving the functional state of the body and enhancing its stress resilience. Detecting increased and high sympathetic-adrenal system activity allows for timely implementation of preventive measures to prevent the exhaustion of stress-responsive systems and maintain a high level of health.
