Abstract

The article analyzes the indicators of microcirculation and central cardiohemodynamics in 100 patients with out-patient pneumonia (P), including those with P and P combined with subclinical hypothyroidism (SH). It has been shown that patients with P combined with SH develop dysfunction of the right and left ventricles of the heart against the background of significant microcirculatory disorders compared with patients on P without SH.
